My air conditioning was no longer blowing cold air and it seemed like it needed its filter changed. I called Nice and Cool and they responded to me right away! The customer service here is immaculate! They came first thing the next day, inspected the unit, and told me I just needed to add Freon. I like that they came, did the job, and left right away. There was no hassle to have multiple visits and they sent me the invoice the day after. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends in the LA area! This provider was one of the very first to respond and give me a reasonable service charge estimation that I never was asked to pay, having authorized the estimate. These guys were honest with me and did a good job. I have 3 gravity heaters and of course when I call someone I don't know, the last thing I want to hear is that the huge gravity heater (over 50 years old) will have to be replaced - and I know it has a new gas valve and the pilot light was on. But they diagnosed that the thermostat was defective and the charge was $275. I'd call them again.

Nice and Cool came to assess our problem to help us with these issues:
1 bedroom was too cold and the adjoining room next to it, too hot.
2. Our living room faces the sun and gets too hot in the afternoon and needed more cooled air.
Their technicians were prompt, curious, and had shoe covering.
They used COVID-19 masks for the duration of the work.
They spent time adjusting the valves until we were satisfied the two bedrooms were comfortable. They performed the same task for the living room. They left no mess behind and worked efficiently to complete the job. A+++ as far as I'm concerned

I've used these guys a couple of times now, one for my home condo and again just recently for my condo that I am renting. They are always professional, and quick in terms of diagnostics and repair. When my central A/C unit went out I tried to have several repair companies come out to inspect it but to no avail. When I contacted Nice and Cool Inc, they were able to come out right away. The technician was both knowledgeable and professional and laid out my options. I went ahead with having the A/C unit replaced. The technicians that came out this time did a great job and replaced the whole unit (condenser and coils) in about 2 hours. All of their work was expertly done and they answered all of my questions throughout the process. The whole team was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout

We had a wonderful experience with Nice and Cool. They actually did a new furnace and duct work for our previous home and we were thrilled with the result. So, when we moved back to our current home in Beverly Hills earlier this year, we knew that the ducting could only be done by Nice and Cool. Zack came out a couple of weeks ago to measure the area and give us an estimate which we felt was comprehensive and very fair. Yesterday, Nice and Cool came and all three of them spent the entire day installing the new duct work and repositioning the furnace. It looks beautiful and works more efficiently
