My transmission on my 2016 Yukon went out on Friday, 12/10 mid afternoon, called them and dropped it off, letting them know it's warranty work (thankfully my warranty company is awesome). Picked it up today 12/23 at closing. They got to it at the beginning of the next week after dropping it off. Outside of their control, it took longer than expected. Despite that, they made sure to get it done by tonight so I could get it back in time for us to go on vacation. They were friendly, professional, kind, and efficient. I am so thankful and highly recommend!!!

These guys supposedly do good work but I wouldn't know because they never worked on my car after 2 weeks! They say it's 1st come, 1st served but that's not true at at all. After 3 attempts of dropping my car off they finally took in my car but there it sat as car after car was put in ahead of me. I drove past every single day and after 2 weeks not a single car was sitting there from when I dropped mine off! Not only that I saw cars dropped after mine that had been finished and left. What really makes me mad is when I dropped the car off I said I am driving the car on a road trip to North Carolina
