I was referred by my mom she used to go to them a long time ago . She couldn't remember why she stopped using their service and and now I know why. They my fuel pump and touched something else without permission and now I have to buy a whole new car because they act as though they don't know what they did to my belt. My fuel pump cost me almost $500 is what the car went for and car hasn't run right since they touched my belt (was not supposed to touch) trying to be courteous and now Everytime I have called since mid Nov it has been excuses and now instead of fixing what they messed up I have been

Very disappointed with my most recent visit. I’ve been a customer for years so this is not my first time here. Not only was my appointment pushed twice but Rich was extremely rude and displayed poor customer service to the point it was borderline disrespectful. No greeting or anything just rude and wouldn’t let me finish a complete sentence without cutting me off. I will most definitely take my business elsewhere.

Right away, Rich was genuinely concerned with my oil leak on my Jeep. And although they were swamped, he made me feel like my issues were important and that even if there were a hundred customers he would make everyone of them feel prioritized. After fixing my oil leak on the day I was supposed to pick the vehicle up, I asked if he wouldn't mind taking a look at a couple other things and he had no problem at all. Him and his team were excellent. The value I paid for the work they did was amazing and Rich even sent a follow up text a couple days later to make sure my Jeep was running and everything
