We did not expect too much of this hotel but it was not worth the money at all. The toilet flushing system did not work very well, and the cleaners didn’t clean our room, neither changed the towels or anything the second night that we spend here. On the last evening we even had a few big cockroaches running around in our room. Besides that one night the security had to be called as other room guests made a party in front of their room.
There wasn’t even a real breakfast as it was advertised before…
At least the receptionists were nice.

Good price, solid and nice workers, everything as expected. So pulling up to it the outside was a tad worse than expected BUT the inside was better than expected thus in conclusion it was better than expected and thus deserves the covenanted 5-stars (note I’m comparing it to my expectations like it’s not a ritz which I’ve stayed at before and had to take out a second mortgage for haha jk but like for realz it’s 4-5 times more expensive and not 4-5 times better.

Removed 2 stars for false advertising. No breakfast served usual pandemic excuse. One can collect a biscuit and juice from reception instead. Shame as the place has a nice pool and is clean. Charging full rack price with advertised continental breakfast included shoul fall under fraud and false marketing standards though.

I initially booked my reservation with bookings.com simply because the reservation dept for Ramada in Naples instructed me to make my reservation online because they do not take reservations over the phone which became a major issue with this booking app, but that's besides the point. I spoke to Warren at the Naples location. At first he started being helpful and when the booking personal would not adjust the dates that were incorrect. The answer I kept getting from the this front desk agent was "I AM SORRY THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO ON MY END" I've got to admit the customers service for this corporation

The rating is based on the level of the hotel. It is an older hotel that has been well keep up and updated. The outside looks very nice and they did an excellent job of updating the room we were in. The bed sleep well. The only problem was the pillows were very short so if you switched sides your were sleeping on you need another pillow.

I'm well traveled. With that said, I think this is my first stay at a Ramada. Warren and Greg at the front desk were extremely engaging, fun, and welcoming. We learned of good places to eat, shop, and watch the sunset. The room is nice as well. If the other Ramada Inns are anything like this, I will be booking them in the future.

Our room was hot, we waited like an hour to see if it wasn’t a problem with de AC.. in fact, it was. We moved to another room and there where roaches, they walked on my husband’s hand. If it was a $50 hotel, we probably would just go out of there and that’s it. But isn’t, we paid $120 (they haven’t refunded it yet) and it’s totally not worth it. So, if you want spend some good time, please don’t go to this hotel.
