Services
The Escalante is the only boutique hotel in the historic old downtown district. This is the perfect spot to be. Steps away from the beach, boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Miles of white sand awaits you for fun and sun or relaxing in our lounge chairs there to not miss awesome sunsets. Swim laps in our pool, sun in our courtyard, relax in our Jacuzzi, be pampered in our spa, and rest at our patios and verandas, in tropical ambiance.
On a bustling Naples corridor, a hidden restaurant built into a hotel courtyard offers an oasis, and a menu of hand-crafted foods. Meet Veranda E. Destination dining isn't always about the journey, it's about the feeling. It's about finding a table in a setting where, if you close your eyes and reopen them, you feel as if you've been transported to the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the European countryside or a far-off cosmopolitan city.
Deluxe King with Pool View - It has a king bed, sitting area, and separate toilet and shower. French Doors lead to its patio. Offers a pool view. Guest rooms and suites at Hotel Escalante feature fine mahogany plantation-style furniture with armoires and king-size beds covered with creamy European style linens.
Event planners and photographers have repeatedly chosen The Escalante as their venue for its unparalleled setting and service. We are a favorite choice for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, company holiday galas and family reunions. Guests can range in numbers from 10 to 200. Under the stars, under the pergolas, under the canopy, around the rotunda, at the beach - events at The Escalante are magnificent.
The Escalante is the perfect choice for a magical wedding destination. All aspects of your wedding - pre-parties, ceremony, elegant receptions and post parties - can be centered at The Escalante. Our romantic courtyard gardens and old world fountains add to your luxurious venue. Beach weddings are possible too.

Given managements abysmal customer services, we’re presently evaluating whether to show up with Covid. Management doesn’t seem to understand that they need to have an equitable policy for guests needing to cancel for health emergencies. Absent that, people will come, spread Covid to other guest and employees, and create a much bigger staffing problem for the hotel.
Hope you figure out a responsible, profession way to handle customer service.

The service here is very good and the food is also great. But it is the setting you will fall in love with. It looks like you're in anywhere Europe and we often go there to scratch our travel itch. Go here for great pics and a fun, pool-side atmosphere. It's relaxed like Makes should be and you will not leave disappointed...ask to be seated in Christian's section. He's very personable and knows a lot about Naples and other areas of Florida.

We could not have been more pleased with the five star experience at The Escalante! Everything was idyllic. The location is in the perfect place to see and experience the very best restaurants and beaches that Naples has to offer... Not that you will want to leave the luxury of The Escalante. The food on site is delicious. The pool and hot tub feel like a private escape. The beach service made our daily trips to the ocean heavenly... Full lounge chairs, umbrella, towels and even food and drink were served on the beach. We didn't want to leave this slice of heaven. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property situated in the heart of Naples just off of 5th. Exceptional staff, especially Christian - friendly, warm, they cannot do enough for you. Check-in was easy. Room was great. No problem with parking. Beach access was great along with beach chairs and towels. The restaurant was remarkable (except for the no-see-ums, they literally carried us away whenever we sat at a table for a meal not to mention poolside), unfortunately the food was mediocre. The first night I ordered the Sumac Roasted Rack of Lamb which came smothered in oil and honey. The spinach and endive were buried under

Spent a weekend here towards the end of June. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and we had planned a great international trip. However, due to unforeseen circumstances at the very last minute, we had to reschedule. My wife was sad and I decided to try to make the best of it and stay locally for the weekend. This turned out to be a great decision.
First of all, the property is beautiful, clean, and feels very intimate. Holly was incredible at making the weekend shine with some last-minute (again) requests I had, including an amazing in-room massage. The location is excellent with shopping, dining

Such a pretty place to stay!!! I wish I could give it 5 stars, the only thing is that in some rooms there is not a private entrance or exit, so the only choice is to walk through the restaurant when coming and going. It’s also a bit awkward when people are still dining until 11pm. Privacy is definitely limited at night time. Or if it’s 5pm and you want to take a dip in the pool, people are eating dinner and watching & that’s just awkward. But truly that is my only complaint!

This hotel was very quaint, rooms were lovely, and the location was great. The staff was warm and accommodating; offering great service that included golf cart rides to and from the beach. The complementary breakfast was a bonus every morning. Would definitely stay there again if returning to Naples.

We stayed in the Hibiscus Suite at $615 per night.
It's not a suite with a bedroom at approx. 234 sq.ft.
Small room, small TV
100 year old mattress with a deep depression in it. You can see my knee depressing the mattress in the attached photos.
No chair or place to sit in the room.
No room service after 12AM.
Killer for us was that there is no Wi-Fi in the room.
We work when we travel and the inability to get on Wi-Fi was a black experience for us.
We complained to the reception but they had no clue of what to do and or didn't care.
Clearly they need WiFi relay points in the rooms

I was so excited to go to this restaurant because I had such a great experience last time I ate there. But this time was a totally different experience. The waiter was arrogant and kind of surly. The
food was mediocre. I would never order the Asian Bacalao again. I was truly disappointed tonight with my dinner. We will not be returning

Ate here for my sisters birthday ... There was eight of us, we had wine, appetizers and entrees ...
Food was GREAT but we were extremely surprised and disappointed by the $20 "cake cutting" fee for bringing my sisters cake! The waiter also sold one of us a bottle of prosecco that he said was $32 and showed up on the bill for $50. Even though the food was good we won't be back or tell any one else to go. We left feeling a bit taken advantage of.

Amazing experience. Last minute trip to Naples and lucked out to find a 1 bedroom at this great little B&B. The rooms are immaculately clean and nicely furnished. The service was the pleasant surprise. They take you to the beach in an electric cart and set up umbrellas, chair, and tables up for us. And they even will bring you food and drink from their restaurant.
Great location, great service.
