We teach Kempo, a traditional art that can be described as a mixture of Karate, Kung Fu, and JiuJitsu. Our program also includes elements familiar to other martial arts disciplines like Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Escrima, and American Boxing. This makes our Kempo system versatile so we can cater to the individual of any age size shape or fitness level.
