When my son was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), our doctor recommend martial arts instruction as a method to increase his focus, concentration, and provide a structured environment that would give him a physical and mental outlet. Enrolling my child in Martial Arts was the best thing I could have done.

I originally seen a post for an advertisement and promotion for this company, being unable to keep the original apt I made, they were more then willing and beyond pleasant to work with my family on another promotion. The owner and staff are just as amazing in person. Prices, deals and promotions are reasonable and comparable considering the time spent in session. The Class had the right energy, the students were attentive, calm and ready to participate. I'd say if you have interest in getting into karate this place is the best!!!

We have been going to this karate studio for 2 1/2 years. It has been the best experience for my now 6 year old and my family. Koleton the owner and his instructors are amazing at what they do and are fantastic with the kids. They teach the kids more than just martial arts, they teach them about respect, confidence and the golden rule and so much more. I can't recommend this studio enough.

Best karate studio! If you want a great environment to learn, grow, and get some great skills in your life, then you should come here. Ask about a couple week free trial. Your kids will love it, my boy has a great time. The person that has the most fun though, is me! The adult class is the best class.

Bobby Lawrence in Sandy is the best!! Koleton is incredible with the kids and has the perfect balance of discipline and fun. Since starting karate, I have watched my son build confidence to participate in a group setting as well as to try new things. I highly recommend this studio and the AWESOME team.
