Gratuities are not included in the price for our services, but are gladly accepted. Usually gratuities range from 15-20% of the service price, or larger if you experience exceptional service. To better serve you, please let your therapist know if you have any of the following: pregnancy, muscle or joint injuries, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, fever, contagious skin condition or any other medical issue.

Waited an hour and drove 20 mins because I wanted to see their options and make my appointment for my mom. I've never been to a spa so I didn't know what o expect. I waited an hour in the parking lot and knocked on the door, it said they were open online. I even called within that hour a few times and there was no answer and the mail box was full.

They were able to fit me in same day and I had Natalia. Natalia was nice and communicated well. However, I wanted to try some deep tissue with my Swedish and she did warn me it may be a little rough. I appreciate that she wanted to get rid of my knots but don't recall deep tissue being so rough at other places. If I come back, I'll likely stick with the Swedish. The one thing I wish they change is the music and people talking loudly in the waiting room. The music was some sort of 50s Elvis style mix with a few Spanish. It was not relaxing nature or waterfall like sounds. I could also

They called to cancel the day before I made the appointment for. I had planned a whole day around getting a massage with my wife for my anniversary present to her. They didn't even offer anything as an apology for cancelling my appointment the day before I had scheduled it, a week in advance! I don't know what the point of making an appointment is if they are going to cancel it the day before. Awful.

Just a lovely facility. Clean and welcoming. I love a good relaxing smell to start off a trip down relaxation lane. Anna greeted me and was my therapist. She is tremendous at finding all the spots that have been ignored for far too long. A magical 90 minutes of deep tissue relief. Hope I can do it all over again soon. Highly recommend!

I have really bad and chronic neck and shoulder pain. It takes a lot to get my knots out and I normally have a hard time finding someone who can. Even after reading the great reviews I was thinking "well ill have to see for myself", well... ill definitely be back for round two. Anna was absolutely amazing. She focused on my problem areas and did a great deep tissue as I was hoping! 10/10 would recommend.

I get massage therapy regularly for a chronic pain condition. I have had many massages from many places. NRG has become my go to. Kristina, the therapist I see there, is very talented. Every time I go, I am amazed by how much better I feel afterward.
I used to see another therapist fairly regularly, but I always had to book a few days in advance (pretty standard). But chronic pain is tough, and one day when it was super bad, I decided to try NRG, because they could fit me in that day. Very glad I did! I just got done getting an incredible massage. I have never gotten a massage before and the girl literally had me in a trance. I left feeling like I could not control my muscles. Such a relaxing experience.
I should have gotten the girls name. She was very professional and experienced.

Everyone kept telling me, do something for yourself Danielson . So made a call to this place last week, had no idea what to expect. Lisa made me feel comfortable and at ease. Walked out of there rejuvenated and ready to take on another day. I really haven't slept this well in a long time. Highly recommend, all the ladies there are stellar and really understood my pain. Never coming back here again. I myself am a massage therapist and I like to treat myself when I can't do trades.The first four or five places I called either were closed at such a late time in the evening or booked already so I was happy that they could take two 90 minutes at 8:00pm. It was down a sketch looking ally type road but seemed legit since there were other medical practices in the lot. The sing in the window was tacky. The name is really corny. Pictures on the yelp review made it seem more fancy than it was. Rooms were very cold, tables were uncomfortable with no table warmer. Very

I have had back and wrist injuries due to an accident and by chance tried a massage several months ago by Lina who works at NRG. I had had several other massage people but the massage did not alleviate my pain until I went to Lina. I could not believe how well I felt after the first massage with Lina! I went back about 3 weeks later and the same thing happened. The Pain was much less and I have been going to her every 3-4 weeks since. She is very nice and good at what she does. I highly recommend her and the massage parlor is very nicely done and is very responsive.
