Katie Geidel did an amazing job from start to finish with helping me find an amazing home. She was so accommodating with her schedule for showings, home inspections, the walkthrough, you name it. She even FaceTimed me when I was unable to be at the house to give me an update. She was quick to respond to any messages or questions I had and always found me the answers I needed. She made the process feel easy and made me feel relaxed.. not to mention during a pandemic! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with buying a home! I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!

Katie did an amazing job getting us into our home in Potsdam. We originally looked at a house she was listing months ago, and she made it possible for us to visit and make an offer with little notice.
We found a different house and Katie helped with a virtual tour, had great recommendations for inspectors, and made the process as smooth as could be.

Buying a house is stressful enough on its own, but trying to purchase your first home in the middle of a pandemic intensifies the entire process. We were overwhelmed, until a friend recommended Katie Geidel. She was phenomenal!!
