As the daughter of a dentist, who has only been to one other dentist since his passing, I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Diederich and her staff are! Dr. Diederich is truly compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough, and has surpassed my expectations. To top it off, I just had an old filling removed (one my father put in years ago) and had a new one put in, and I can honestly say...it was painless! Lori, her assistant was great, as was France, her receptionist. I highly recommend ComPassion Dental!

My family and I have been going to Compassion Dental for 7 years and have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. D and her staff. They have cared for our young son from the time he started getting his baby teeth to now that he is losing them. They have cared for my wife, and myself. They have always been professional and kind. I recently needed a filling and the process was about as close to painless as you could hope for. I felt good as new a few hours later. You can't beat Dr. D and her staff. I can not recommend them enough.

Dr. D is absolutely amazing. She is the sweetest human being and her staff is wonderful as well. I always had anxiety going to the dentist from past experiences that didn’t go so well, so if you are nervous or scared Compassion Dental is the perfect place to be. Not only does she take care of my but she also takes care of my entire family including my 97 year old grandmother. Everyone at Compassion Dental goes above above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. D is by far the BEST dentist ever. Her expertise in all things dental is amazing and the instructions for at home care after you leave the office is so helpful. Her suggestions on care of your own teeth makes you think she is crazy for giving such good advice that can help prevent problems in the first place. The name Compassion Dental says it all. This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Her staff is wonderful and caring also.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I am a grown woman terrified of dentists and dental procedures and Dr. D was amazing. I was upfront about my anxiety and she treated me wonderfully, constantly checking in with me and explaining what she was doing, what I should be feeling, and demonstrates a wonderful knowledge of oral health. She replaced a number of old fillings that were no longer doing their job and that other dentists had missed before. I could not ask for a better dentist and will be sad when I leave CT and can't take her with me.

Everyone in this dental office is great to work with. The dentist is very professional and does great dental work. The word Compassion is the correct descriptive for this business. They care about their patients and understand that not everyone has insurance for dental. The dentist has a payment scale for people in this category. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist. Also, the receptionist is very nice and good to talk to.
