At Kievit Dentistry, we recognize the importance of trust with each of our patients. Navigating the world of dentists can be stressful. We are here to help you through that process. We are committed to educating our patients so they feel empowered to make informed decisions regarding their dental needs and desires.
Our practice location has proudly served the West Hartford community as a dental office for over 50 years. Conveniently located in the heart of West Hartford, our dental office is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. We have private parking available, are wheelchair accessible, and within walking distance of West Hartford center.
It's a wonderful office with very high quality dental assistants and office personnel working alongside very high quality, caring dentists. If you're look for a change, give this team an opportunity to work with you. You won't be disappointed. Kievit and my hygienist, Phyllis, were exceptionally generous with their time, which I very much appreciated.
We'll begin your first visit by getting to know you, your past dental history, and any concerns you may have. After a comprehensive evaluation we will develop a customized treatment plan that addresses your dental needs. Expect your first visit to last approximately 90 minutes. Our practice administrators will be more than happy to review your financial investment and look into your individual insurance coverage as needed.

My daughter had a dental emergency when she collided with another child and broke her front adult tooth in half. From the first phone call to walking out the door after our appointment, everything was top notch!! Dr. Rob Kievit handled our initial late night weekend call and assured me that everything would be okay and they were there for us...not… only to fix her tooth but I received the emotional support I really needed (as someone who would puts this situation as one of my worst fears) I called in tears and got off the phone knowing I called the best of the best!! Awesome dental practice! Dr. Kievit provides outstanding dental care. The doctors and staff listen carefully and use the best techniques available to assure a positive outcome. The office has a really nice feel, very clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing as well as the doctors. Glad to have found a good dentist.

I had a great experience at Kievet Dentistry.
Due to the pandemic and moving from out of state, I was over due for a cleaning. I was a little nervous and right away Mira put me at ease. My teeth now feel healthy and clean! Dr. Kievit was also understanding and took the time to review my X-rays with me.
I loved that all of the intake forms (including requesting dental records) are online. Online forms and the ability to text the office made for a super smooth scheduling experience.
Glad to have found a dental practice where I feel welcomed and comfortable.

Dr. Kievit and Dr. Haims provide wonderful dental care. They do high quality work, while making it very easy to feel relaxed in their chair. Everyone in the office is genuinely professional and caring. Mira is a fantastic hygienist, always providing a thorough and efficient cleaning. I love the personalized care I receive here compared to the bigger offices with many dentists. I don't often take the time to write these reviews, but I can't recommend this office highly enough.

Fantastic! Hands down the best dental office I’ve been to. The couple dentist duo are equally amazing at what they do. No corners cut, they take the time to explain what they are doing and know the technology 100%. They have that soft perfect touch when working on you, I have never felt so well taken care of in a dentist office. Also nice knowing they use a separate primer and filler instead of the weaker 2 in 1 cavity fillers. I won’t be going anywhere else. Give them a try!

My husband and I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. All staff are friendly, and very conscientious. Great dental care from a very friendly and professional team. When I needed Dental work, Dr. Haims called me the next day to see how I was feeling. We highly recommend! Dr. Haims new partner is also kind yet professional. You feel like you are part of their family and not just a patient!
