Don’t recommend as a retail or a supplier, you will be disappointed with the lack of care for clients, check your accounts if you are a client items on sale don’t get the discount applied unless you ask. I find this a fraudulent attempt to see if we don’t check it so they can get away with a few thousands. They never call when they say and this is from management level. More and more ! Competition is fierce and these guys don’t care !

This is not the place if you are looking for an IKEA experience ...and I'm not knocking IKEA (good meat balls for a start). D and J Simons is where the art begins. The range of framing materials is staggering and is dispatched to your door by their transport (so it arrives with care .. quickly). Don't forget to visit the amazing machine shop (Joe) : so hidden away in the depths of this staggering piece of East End history.

Very good indeed. Efficient Trade service, phone ordering is very efficient and friendly , well packed deliveries, good stock availability, and completely reliable. Nowadys if anything is out of stock they tell you when you are placing your order and usually have an accurate re-stock date. Cannot fault the service I have had from the Hackney Road staff over the last couple of years.

Horrendous customer service. Took five weeks to deliver goods, a huge order of mount card for a school, with an exhibition deadline. Worse thing was being constantly fobbed off with promises of delivery that he knew was not even on its way. Been ordering from this company for three years and the service is always below standard, but this year was shockingly bad. Will not use them again
