Excellent staff, prompt and efficient service. I once came here to do a state inspection. I was in and in a moment I was out. They were well staffed and didn't leave me waiting. A second time I came in after suffering a scare on the road where I had to slam my brakes to avoid a collision. The staff were understanding and inspected my brakes for free when nothing at all was found.

Had a nail stuck in my Tesla model Y, called 4 places and was told either they don’t work on Tesla or I need to bring my own lift protector. Don’t understand why other places don’t just buy a set for 30 bucks. T and L had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Waiting room was clean and comfy, WiFi was great!

Let me start by saying T and L are honest mechanics and George is a great guy to work with.
I noticed fluid on my inner tie rod boot and T and L said the leak was transmission fluid and coming from the transmission cooler lines and that the lines needed to be replaced. They replaced the lines for $1,050 ($500 in labor and the rest in parts). A few weeks later I noticed the same leak and I believed the leak was actually oil and not transmission fluid so I did my own transmission flush to confirm it. I

Tony and his team are great. We've been working with him for years with full mix of our cars. Going back to our old Subaru Tribeca, Saab 92X, and now our current Mini Clubman, as well as two diesels - Jetta Sportwagen TDI and Audi Q5 TDI. Knowledgeable and straightforward clear explanations of repairs when needed. He does all of our regular maintenance oil, tires, brakes etc. and inspection work.

I came in a half hour before the end of their work day because a metal plate had just come loose in the undercarriage of my vehicle and was rattling against my exhaust pipe. Without hesitation, they took my car in anyways and fastened it back up for me. Plus they refused to let me pay them because they said it was an easy fix. Very good people, I’ll definitely be back for other maintenance and repairs. Thank you!

T&L Auto was recommended to me by our neighbors and after the great experience I had, T&L Auto will be my go-to place for any of my car needs from now on.
I brought in my car to have the brakes checked out since it had been awhile since they were changed. Tony (who owns the place with his wife Laurie) told me that before he could look at the brakes, my Nissan needed to be brought to the dealership to fix a serious recall issue with the lower wheel arms. I'm grateful he pointed that out as it was a serious hazard.
Tony was great and helped me set up a tow for my car to the Milford Nissan dealership

As an Uber driver I’ve been fixing my Car here for the last 5 years before they even move to this brand new building. Being mechanically inclined myself I consider them No. 1 in the business and their prices are reasonable. Tony and the techs have a long experience, they also have the best tools to do the job in addition to a class A wheel alignment machine they own and are well trained to use which is a big advantage not so many others have.
Most importantly Tony is very honest and never make up things. He’s a very busy person but will remember you and always smile.

Excellent service and high quality work! I do not live near this shop but SO worth the drive to get my car serviced here!!!! They own the quality of their work and the prices are reasonable. I had my brakes done there last time and they lasted more than 33,000 miles with HARD stopping driving daily into the city. Impressed the brakes lasted this long :) I am recommending this shop without reservation!

This was my first visit to T&L and I was impressed. I went for am inspection and called the day before and the gentleman who answered the phone was helpful and courteous. They have a very comfy waiting area with WiFi and air conditioning, and everyone is friendly. It's a big Auto Center and I imagine they offer many services. A few people in the waiting room and checking in, seem to be repeat customers (a good sign). They also have Saturday hours which isn't as common as it used to be.

Great service, high integrity , honest service, new location , same highest of quality of service . I highly recommend T & L auto care. I have taken my cars to this auto service for many years. Tony is always wiling to work with his customers on finding fair repairs to your automobile.
In closing, there isn't a higher quality service provider than T & L in central mass. They also provide courtesy rides for automobiles that are dropped off.

Just my luck. Came out of work around 630pm and found out that I had a flat tire. I quickly went on Yelp in search for the newest tire shop, everything in Marlborough closed at either 5-6. I somehow found T & L and decided to give them a call. At this time it was 650 and they close at 7. I'm like 20 mins away. Told the gentlemen over the phone what I needed and size. Luckily he had 1 in stock. He was nice enough to tell me that he will hold it for me and wait while the shop was closed. Tony (the owner) is great. Polite, welcoming, fair and honest. T & L came recommended by a client and I couldn't be happier. When BMW wanted $5000.00 for engine work, Tony was able to do the same work for half that. Tony was one of the reasons I felt comfortable picking up a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for the winter months. So accommodating. Glad I found them.
