Services available include: tune-ups, oil changes, brake service, engine and transmission service, computer diagnostics, radiators and heating repairs, tires, exhaust systems, and shocks. We do all general maintenance work: brakes, tires, exhaust systems, shocks.
We specialize in electrical repairs. And, of course, air conditioning systems. We work on every make and model out there, foreign and domestic. There's not too much we can't fix. Kevin has been working on cars since 1984, and opened his own repair shop in 1990. He grew up in Southborough, attending Assabet Valley Tech.

I cannot recommend Kevin and his shop enough; I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I don't live anywhere near Northborough, but on my way to Cape Cod a couple weeks ago, I had transmission trouble on I-495. A kind passerby stopped to offer help, and recommended Lamy. I stayed in a hotel and was waiting at the shop when they opened the next morning. Despite a packed Friday schedule, Kevin fit me in and made every effort to figure out the problem, which was tough because there was nothing obviously wrong (the car was still running, no warning lights on or anything). They tried totally flushing

Great service and price! Kevin Lamy the owner is one of the nicest people you will meet and his work is excellent. My family started bringing their cars there in the last few years and you only get the best service whether it's regular maintenance or emergency service, he's on it. I highly recommend them.

Lamy automotive is awesome. i came here years ago to get a second opinion when another auto shop told me my 2001 Camry had a $900 oil leak. Lamy was quick to find there was no oil leak, but a transmission leak they fixed in no time for under $50. you can tell they know what they're doing, they're honest, and they aren't trying to swindle you out of your money. I won't bring my car anywhere else.
