Worst property management ever, the manager Neil came to property to put the lock box on and I had already paid my Jan rent and they still had the eviction active from previous months I was behind, but that is besides the point I paid my Jan rent so how are they kicking me out Jan 10. They are now charging a lock out fee! They would not let me get my things the eviction was not suppose to happen!

I would highly recommend looking somewhere else, they will charge you fees and will not let properties be fair game to EVERYONE. I was extremely disappointed with this company and realized I would only be approved for lower end properties, was told I had 2 things on my credit report, Items that have been disputed because my ex used my credit while we were separated, keep in mind I have no evictions, and a great payment history. I make 120k a yr from one stream of income and have 4 lucrative ones, but was told I wouldn’t qualify for the $1600 a month home through Angie, she stated she couldn’t

I started renting in April 2021, it has been an AMAZING experience so far, the home was completely renovated, the staff at Marathon is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I have regarding the home and my property manager Jade Hellman is the best, I am already looking to renew my lease because I am so satisfied and comfortable in my rental home!

Marathon have been managing my rental properties now for approximately two years now and we are most satisfied with their service. Prior to them I used at least three others in Greensboro that were nothing short of dreadful, and dishonest.
Two of these mgmt companies allowed tenants to remain in my property after they had promised to make rent payments even though they had fallen behind miserably with their rent. In one instance, the mgmt company owner allowed the tenant back into the home even after the Court had granted his eviction....oh, and no surprises, he did not pay as he promised. So

While a tenant for 3 years the online service portal worked great and Neal was wonderful. The real estate agent was also professional and had a good idea of customer service.
The day we were told the owners were selling and we would have to move, the staff became unprofessional and lacking any customer service. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and deducted monies from my deposit without cause or justification. They don't seem invested in any way with the tenants, only the homeowners.

Called and scheduled appointment to view property on Monday. Viewed the property on Wednesday came home did application same day was approved(mond you I was one of first people to view property) They sent me a lease to sign which I questioned because I have never signed a lease 30+ days in advance(due to them saying property would not be available until 10/18) Even when I purchased a home I signed documents received key same day. Stated that was their rule, I signed lease. I don't have vemo so I needed to take a cashier check but they are only are open hours I am working. Called to ask best options

I have rented from this company for the past 9 years and they are easy to work with as long as you pay your bill. I'm sure if you don't pay, then you won't like them. But for me, I always pay them and haven't had any issues with them. Wonderful people to rent from. Also, if I ever have an issue there is a quick and painless way to submit a work order and it is quickly resolved. I really do love renting from Marathon Property Solutions.

I’ve been renting with this company for over a year now and overall have had a wonderful experience! The move-in process was easy, even when it took place at the beginning of the pandemic. The property that I stay at is a great value for the square footage. This company, and Jade, is great in communicating with their tenants. The company will contact you with ample time in advance if their office will be closed or if someone will be coming to the property. I’ve only had an issue with maintenance requests twice and they were quickly resolved once I brought it to Jade’s attention.
