Services
Professor Thomas began his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey in 2000 under the watchful eye of the late Grandmaster Carlson Gracie Sr. in Chicago. In 2014, Professor Thomas was promoted to First Degree by Professor Eddie Redzovic and Grandmaster Carley Gracie. Shortly after, he decided to continue promoting the Jiu Jitsu lifestyle by relaying his knowledge and experience to others.
The Fundamentals Curriculum is designed for new students focusing on the core values and techniques of Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. These techniques will give you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of how to defend yourself in compromised situations. Our Sport Program takes techniques and concepts learned in the Fundamentals Program and teaches experienced students how to connect the dots between them.
Little Champs for 3-4-year-olds is an introduction to Jiu Jitsu. Focusing on the basic Jiu Jitsu positions and teaching kids how to behave and have fun in a class setting. Kids I is for kids ages 4-6, and it reinforces techniques using games and positional training to keep our growing members engaged.
