We are Chicagoland's premier place for Chinese Kung Fu style Martial Arts. We offer our students classes for the whole family in Oak Forest, IL plus all of the supplies you may need to learn and train in the martial arts including the Chinese styles of Kenpo, Wushu, Northern Shaolin Longfist, and Taijiquan (Tai Chi).
Cardio Kung Fu Kickboxing will improve all fitness levels and help with weight loss, by using Wushu (Kung Fu) methods, various exercises and drills to help you get in the best shape of your life. Benefits of flexibity include fewer injuries, less pain, and improved posture and balance. Once you develop strength and flexibility in you body you'll be able to withstand more physical stress.
Tai Chi originates from the Chinese martial arts.
