I cant speak for how you will find your experience with these people but I can surely and honestly speak from my experience with north country realty in malone.
At first call they seem professional, well spoken and very encouraging to gain your trust. But once you sign an exclusive then the games will start.
AT MINIMUM IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEM. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE ****DO NOT**** GIVE THESE GUYS AN EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL...
At least you will be able to go to a professional realtor when you see how they really operate. These guys give realtors a badname in my opinion. .
