I cannot begin to express my happiness with how my wedding pictures turned out.
Jaclyn and Erik are truly talented and a pleasure to work with. They have an eye for what looks good and make you feel at ease when they guiding you.
My now husband can be very awkward in general, he just can't help it. However, he did not once appear awkward in any of our pictures, that's how comfortable Jaclyn and Erik made us feel in front of them :)
We are so happy with everything they did for us.

Working with O’Ryan Empire was an amazing experience. I have so many good things I could say about Erik and Jaclyn. From our very first phone conversation they were so friendly and easy going, making sure to address any questions I had. We scheduled our wedding photographs and an engagement session. When we met for the engagement session my fiancé and I both felt a little nervous because we had never been photographed in such a way. I'm not sure where to begin with O'Ryan Empire. Jaclyn and Erik are relatable, funny, professional and extremely talented. We tout them as our most valued vendor due to everything they did for us from engagement shoot to delivering the wedding gallery link. They worked with our dog really well, which meant a lot to us. We got married at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach which is an awesome venue, but a tricky one to photograph due to all the glass and reflections-- Erik and Jaclyn did their homework to be able to capture the best photos on our wedding day. First of all, our wedding and engagement photos are amazing. Finding quality photographers was my wife's #1 concern. We love our photos! Erik and Jaclyn were the best to work with. Everyone's wedding day is special for them and Erik and Jaclyn understand that and remind you that it is YOUR day. From the inception consulting, meeting with them to discuss what styles and moods we were looking for since our ceremony would be religious but our reception was outdoor amidst natural beauty--and they knew just how to capture those moods for us. I will never forget my wedding day, but should my memory ever go hazy, I know that I have the BEST images I could've ever dreamed of, of my special day, all thanks to O'Ryan Empire Photography. Not only were they punctual, professional and positive, they made me feel gorgeous and my camera-shy Hubby-to-be amazingly comfortable. Jaclyn and Erik are such a fantastic couple. Their personalities and character really help new couples bond with them. They are very energetic and are up to trying anything to get the perfect shots. We booked them for our engagement and wedding photography and we were blown away by the quality and attention to detail both times. I had a few specific requests for some photos and they were quick to tell me how it might work better doing it a different way or that they could totally accommodate my request with ease. We clicked almost instantly. I found talking to Erik and Jaclyn really easy and fluid, and I could tell that they understand what we were going for.
Fast forward to our engagement session, I had so much fun with Erik and he did such a great job of capturing our relationship.

Jaclyn and Erik are the best! I've booked them for my daughters 1st and 2nd birthday shoots, and once for our last Holiday shoot. Each time, they were super patient and sweet with her (toddlers aren't the best at sitting/posing for the camera) and the images always turned out so great! Jaclyn and Erik are SUCH a sweet couple. They have a way of making you feel comfortable in any situation. I had asked for a specific look for our engagement photos and without a doubt they were able to pull it off! I asked for a lot and they delivered no problem. Taking our engagement photos with them allowed us to get to know them and for them to get to know us a little better, so I suggesting taking engagement photos with them before the wedding. Their pricing is also pretty good considering how much they offer in each package. We are so ecstatic that they are our wedding photographers!

If I could give Jaclyn & Erik more than 5 stars I would. They were absolutely incredible to work with, and exceeded all expectations on my wedding day! The entire day I had guests coming up to me commenting on how great they were. My mother kept saying how Jaclyn was working every angle to get all the unique shots, and all of the groomsmen absolutely LOVED Erik! It seemed as if we were all good friends by the end of the night!

From our engagement session until the very last minute of our wedding, Jaclyn & Erik were supportive and completely devoted to our wants and needs. They have such an incredible eye and passion for what they do and the finished product is more than we could ever ask for or expected.
They really knew how to make us laugh and feel at ease since taking posed photos doesn't come naturally to us. They were also more than prepared for the elements (February 2017 rainstorm) and professional the entire time. So happy that we picked them and you will be too!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had during a photo session. Eric and Jaclyn took the time to embrace my family and make my girls feel so special. The attention to the small details during the shoot was outstanding, also making sure my wife and I were happy. It was almost like they made us feel apart of their family.
