Louis Katz has been a member in good standing of The Florida Bar since 1994. He received his juris Doctor (J.D) degree from the New England School of Law where he was selected to the deans list in 1992 and 1993. In addition he earned a masters of business Administration (M.B.A) from Nova University.
If you or someone you know has been injured or killed as the result of the negligence of another, Katz, and Katz, P.A. will represent you. We handle all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including, car accident, slip and falls, negligent security, dog bites, and motorcycle accidents.
We cannot perform a conflict of interest check prior to you sending this notice and therefore, we ask that you not divulge any facts about your case which would not be public knowledge anyway. We contacted Rafael after our insurance denied our claim for leak and mold in our home. After meeting him, I knew he was the lawyer for us! He makes you understand the laws and your case. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with Raphael Katz. He was extremely friendly, personable and never gave me the feeling that I was being rushed. I had an issue with homeowners insurance not paying in a timely manner and he was exceptionally patient on the phone as he explained how the process works. I would definitely recommend Rafael to any of my friends and I plan on using his services myself.

I can go with that as I don't think lawyers are held in a very high regard.. unless they are in your corner, and that was the case with myself and Katz & Katz.
I was struck by a BMW while cycling, it wrecked a $7k Cervelo R5 and did not help a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder.
Raphael got me full restitution for the bike with NO FEE!
As for the injuries I had a pre existing condition (the torn Rotator Cuff) I did not expect the insurance company to offer anything much and deny any medical treatment, but Raphael Katz
