I was recently in a car accident that injured me and totaled my new Infinity. My first thought was that I would work it out with the 'at fault' party's insurance. I was certain they would make good on paying my medical bills (in excess of $25k) and fixing my engagement ring (that had been crushed from the airbag) because they were a reputable insurance company.
