Kulicke & Soffa Industries - Several positions including Credit & Collections, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Analyst and finally Domestic Controller overseeing all aspects of the company's United States accounting operations.
Charter Power Systems - Todd joined this company as their Corporate Controller and finalized the accounting aspects of a leveraged buyout from Allied Signal before overseeing the Initial Public Offering taking the company public as a stand-alone entity.

Christina Maier is our Senior Tax Manager and so much more. Christina is not only the primary source of outstanding tax planning for our clients, but also oversees and is hands on with client accounting, designing systems that provide our clients with the information they need to run their business, and the information we need to help lower their taxes.
Kristen is our Senior Auditor specializing in Homeowner and Condominium Associations. Before joining Luft & Company, Kristen attended Cabrini College where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. She then attended Saint Joseph's University where she earned a Master's Degree in Accounting.
Maria is a Senior Accountant and Tax Specialist at Luft & Company. Prior to joining our firm Maria earned a bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Rider University before going on to earn a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University.
Katz, Frantz & Company, LLC - Maria joined this firm in 1997 and over the ensuing sixteen years of experience refined her tax research and accounting skills that she uses to assist clients in pursuing and achieving their goals.Maria is particularly skilled at understanding our clients' needs, allowing her to apply the skills acquired at Katz, Frantz & Company and identifying what our firm can do to help the client achieve their goals.

I've worked with Todd for several years and in different roles. His company has been hired by past and current employers many times for auditing, tax and oversight.
