Outstanding in every area. Initially when I called they set me up with an appointment about a week out. My first visit went great, I seen Cathy Bodnar PT- excellent! Honestly, after her working on my back and accomplishing the exercises they recommended at home, I am definitely getting better. Cathy spent time explaining to me where my problem was, what she was doing to fix it, and why. The check in/ out procedure is very smooth, I highly recommend this place for PT.

I've written a review for Align Physical Therapy before, but need to do an update.
I've been a patient of Sabrinas for years. She's had her hands full with me with 2 knee replacements, a back surgery and a neck procedure that didn't produce results.
My doctor couldn't figure out why the anti inflammatory injections didn't work and even when he burned the nerves to kill the ends didn't work.
Well, Sabrina has a very inquisitive mind and figured out what was holding back my recovery. I went from having terrible headaches and limited head movements

I had a year in 2019 that required a considerable amount of physical therapy and support last year - 3 back surgeries in a week; a fractured sacrum; and a hip replacement. The surgeries were elective after years of pain and I went to Align to prepare for the surgeries. Because of their pre-conditioning help, I was able to return home in less than a month after my 3 back surgeries. However, within days I was back in the hospital with a fractured sacrum and returned to the hospital and rehab for another month. I went to Align after returning home in August and was regaining my strength and mobility

Couldn't say enough about this clinic. I started receiving treatment from Sabrina for my chronic migraines - I went from multiple failed medications, Botox, injections, and other various therapies and 15+ migraines a month- to one a week and now I've gone weeks without a migraine, and to anyone who's suffered a migraine, even a single day without a migraine is a gift. My experience with Sabrina at Align Physical Therapy was life changing. We all have things that we hold onto that hurts our bodies and makes us sore everyday. When I went to Sabrina I knew I hurt but I didn't know those were the things that made me hurt. Through the techniques she is highly trained in she was able to recognize what was wrong and help me let go. As I did the pain cleared. It just went away. After 2 months I can say that those things that stopped me, that held me frozen, that hurt my body so bad are still GONE! I feel free of them. I learned how to work knots out that

This is just a shout out for Sabrina and her wonderful team of dedicated therapists. Last Friday they threw a Christmas party for their clients! There were tables of yummy food and wine and soft drinks. They also had live music for us to enjoy. The place was packed with happy people, enjoying good food and music. Thank you all, it was a great party!
