They fit me right in. Everyone was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I went in prepared for a "usual" car repair shop experience where I leave not exactly certain if I was getting fed a line. These guys were honest and said, "If you are on a budget, none of this stuff NEEDS to be done right now. It can wait." It was like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend. Glad to have found a place I can trust in the future to be straight up with me.

This company was recommended to me by someone one NextDoor. Would NEVER go to them again. I had a 9:00 am appt that was made last week with the owner, Curt Duran. He gave me a ride home and I thought that everything was going to be fine as he did a diagnostic test when I was there. Well, after waiting 5 hours and not hearing anything, I called and was told by Tammy, the Lady at the desk, that "they" were 1/2 done, but that Curt had a question to ask me. About an hour later he finally called and said he needed to know what work was done on my car because there could be several things

The brakes went out on my 99 Dodge Truck while passing through the area. Curt though very busy at his shop, got my vehicle in and had me on the road in a little over 2 hours. So lucky to find a reputable shop while travelling that was courteous, efficient, and affordable, and went the extra mile to get me up and running.

OMG! The nicest people ever! We went in with a low tire pressure light on and a tire that kept losing its air. They were able to assess the problem and recommended replacing the front tires as they were worn and probably the reason they weren't holding air. The two men that helped us gave us an excellent deal on some tires and they were able to mount them and get us on the road quickly. They provide a comfortable waiting room and let us keep our dogs with us while they did the work. They brought us coffee and water and kept us informed on the progress and outcome. What a great crew! I am a single lady and moved here 5 yrs. ago. I have always found them fairly priced and helpful... giving me rides to my home..when i leave a vehicle for several hours...Customer service is important. Curt,the owner always takes time with explaining,advising,and recommending options. Recently my truck was assessed for an oil leak..it took about 20 min. It carries a Camper that can't be removed..so because of clearance issues it can't be repaired there. Curt recommended a couple of places i could take it to. I didn't owe him a thing for the assessment..so he lost this job...but still

Had squeaking noise coming from my truck. I called them and was told: "bring it in, we'll do a 30 minute assessment. If it is the brakes, We can replace them in about 2 hours." Thought this sounded fair, made an appointment and brought my truck in. An hour and half later, I approached the man working the counter and was told: "oh, sorry, forgot about ya. Well, it is the brakes. We'll call you in couple hours when it's done." SIX hours later it was finished. Only two tires needed new brakes (back). I don't mind the length of time it takes to do a job correctly

Terrible! I took my car in (with an appointment) for a repair that they said would take 2 days. It's been 6 days and they haven't even started. No communication, no apologies, just excuses. I've called 3 times with no return calls, finally they answered the phone to tell me it's going to be at least another day. Extremely unprofessional.
