Services
We are an early childhood institution that enriches a child's knowledge and spiritual growth in Christ. Emmanuel Methodist Preschool is a Christian school that has been serving Howard County and the nearby areas since 1978. Emmanuel was the first preschool in Howard County to be accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) in 2009.
We promote the cognitive development of children through a research-based curriculum and Christ-centered values. We have a hands-on curriculum that allows children to explore and discover the world around them.
Our MSDE approved and research-based curriculum incorporates whole group, small group, and individualized instruction in the following core areas: Social and Personal Development, Language and Literacy, Mathematical Thinking, Scientific Thinking, Social Studies, Art, and Physical Development.
