My long time excellent State Farm Agent in Palos Heights recently retired. I wanted to stay with State Farm with another excellent Agent in Palos Heights. I am in the Process of switching to Erik Nelson from a very incompetent State Farm office but don't worry, I won't mention Laura Barrett's name lol. Anyway, Erik's staff spent a long time on the phone with me answering my questions, much of which was done after their office hours. They also sent me a confirming email almost immediately after our call had ended. In addition, they even found at least one error with my policy, even before officially becoming my agent. In addition, I also received a welcome email from Erik the following day which included even more information

Erik has been my State Farm Agent for over 20 years. I insure my home, both cars and some personal items with Erik. Luckily, I haven't had any major claims. But if I did, I'm confident it would be handled quickly and professionally as State Farm and Erik Nelson both have great reputations in the insurance industry. I have my car, home and life insurance here. I brought it to Erik because he was very helpful in making sure the level of insurance I had/was going to purchase was appropriate for what I needed given my age, family situation and other factors. Erik's advisory plus doing business with a solid company like State Farm made this a no brainer for me. Great office staff there too. They know their stuff!
