I’ve been insured with State Farm for quite a long time. But once I was transferred to Omar’s office, it was straight V. I.P. service!!! He has a great staff, especially Yesenia! She’s very knowledgeable of all of my needs!!! I have several policies and I’m very happy with Omar and Yesenia’s services!!!

Every time I reach my agent Omar or Yesenia with a question, they are very prompt with a response.
They make me feel more like family than a customer.
I never get the run around or bounced around from agent to agent. I’ve noticed my premium also decreasing as times passes, this never happened before with other Insurance agents.
Highly recommend them for your insurance needs!

I was adopted by Omar after my original Statefarm man retired. Omar ROCKS!!!! Extremely polite and easy to talk to. Yesenia......gets an AAA+ Always professional and knowledgeable. When I added my 16year old daughter to my policy, reluctantly......Yesenia assured me she'd take care of it (she did). When I upgraded my vehicle, Yesenia took care of it. When someone just side swiped my car, Yesenia took care of it!!!! Thanks guys!!!! I appreciate You both!!!!!
