Kevin and Holly Hutnick started Listing Leaders with one thing in mind: Change Real Estate Forever. We always knew there was a better way to treat clients and compensate brokers. There are not enough words to express how extremely disappointed I am in this company!! I’ve given them several chances and still, they cease to amaze me on how TERRIBLE their customer service is. DO NOT use this company they will lie and not be upfront yet charge you market rate. No one showed up at my closing and I was forced to do it alone!! Later the title company discovered a hugh error and I was actually owed almost a thousand bucks that I would have never seen had it not been for the title company.

Our realtor was awesome! He found us a home that fits our family perfectly. Being a first time home buyer, we were very nervous and didn’t know what to expect.
