Nick was absolutely phenomenal! As a first time home seller in the midst of renovating our new house an hour away, Nick made the process seamless and easy. Very knowledgeable, quick to respond (both via phone and email), willing to answer and help however he could, & easy to talk to in general.
When it came time to negotiate with the buyer, Nick asked me what my "perfect scenario" would be. I told him & his answer was a simple, "Ok! I'll get to work & see what I can do" & he made it happen!
I cannot recommend him and his team enough!
