Installed a new heating and air conditioning unit and 11 months later problems started. Blower would turn on and off before reaching the thermoset temperature with the furnace code identifying a pressure code issue. After two service calls it was supposedly fixed but in early March the heat was not reaching the desired setting and blower was back to it's old problem. After two more service calls the heat shut down completely and when the Technician responded on a Saturday for the fifth time he didn't have two parts to fix it.so he would be back Monday with one part and Tuesday the other. We just had Royal Air out to take a look at our 30 + year old boiler heating system in Ocean Grove. We found them through a newspaper clipping advertisement they did, and are we glad that we found them!
We have American home Shield and went through them first, they sent out these two gentlemen with a company they contract with. These two guys came… out and told us before touching or testing anything that it was going to take an extra service and cleaning of approximately $600 (300 each boiler) to get them up and running and that would solve the problem, we would have to pay out of pocket

In 2016 I had Royal Air install a new furnace and AC unit in my home. Everything went well until January of 2019 when the furnace just quit.
They sent a tech to look at the problem and he determined it was a bad switch, which he replaced. One month later it dies again. The same tech arrive, who apparently had no recollection of the previous issue. He said there were multiple error codes and it may need a new circuit board. Upon his return with the board he said the problem was actually the thermostat and when he went to replace it saw that there was a humidifier wired to it. At this point he went

Service Contracts are meaningless with these guys, can't keep schedules, dupes you on what needs to be done while overcharging you.
On 11/30, Tech shows up and says.."you have a service contract...gee we usually give priority to them and do not come so late in the day". He diagnoses system and says it will take 4-6 hours to replace flo control valve but does not have part but will come back tomorrow. We agree to a minimum of $80 for the part plus $125 per hour for labor if it take only 2 hours or a max of $450 if it takes 4-6 hours. He says he will come back odn 12/1. On

I am satisfied and I am the worst customer there is. My central air wasn't as cool as i expected. I was pretty sure i needed freon. For $29 Barry came and inspected. in two minutes he diagnosed the need for freon. added freon 2lbs $190 as i expected. no hidden fees. no sales pitch Some recommendations and the air is cold again. I would recommend this company gladly.
