Please be aware that work done by Howell Heating & Cooling may not be warrantied. I found this out after they replaced a a/c blower motor in my unit. The work done by them is funtioning, that is not the issue. Companies that did work for me in the past have always stood behind their work. This gives the customer a certain confidence level in the work performed. To be told there is no warranty on the work done does not give me that confidence level. Speaking with representatives of the company has done nothing to change my feelings.

I'm a local Realtor and my client needed the HVAC certified in order to obtain the CCO. I contacted Howell Heating & Cooling and I have to say they're one of the best companies I've dealt with during my 10 years in the business. Chris came out and was excellent.
