It was New Years Eve and the worst tragedy happened. My wedding ring was accidentally flushed down the toilet. It was awful. It was valuable but the emotional value was priceless. It fell at the end of the flush but it was gone. We stopped all water use in the bathroom and called Friends Plumbing New Years Day. Jeremy was our New Years miracle. He removed the toilet and stuck a camera down the pipe. I burst into tears when I saw my ring. He struggled and fought with the pipe, the ring ,the vac and everything. About 2 hours later he finally pulled it out. Yes it was a miracle.

Scam artists. I talked to dispatch and they told me one thing, and then the plumber who came out told me something completely different.
He didn't even come in the house and quoted me $900 an hour and wanted $200 on the spot just to talk to me.
We just had a pretty straightforward snake job from a stack on the roof to clear a clog.

We have used Friends for almost 20 years. We have a guest house built in 1884 and parts of the main house date back to 1948. While much is new some is very old and challenging. While this may not make us everyone's favorite customer, it is has made Friends our only plumbing service. Nothing has been so antiquated or old fashioned that they couldn't resolve our problems at very fair charges. Yes Dan knows us, but so do Ryan and Mario and problems are always resolved with clear explanations, suggestions for avoiding repeat incidents, and prompt service when needed.

Wow…after 9 on a Saturday night and an outside faucet was spewing water everywhere!!!! Doc was so professional and amazing… he knew immediately what the issue was and how to fix it temporarily so we weren’t charged after hours fees. After a quick call to his boss, Monty, the problem was solved for the time being. Friends Plumbing wants repeat customers and we are repeat customers ( unfortunately) 3 times this past month
( another faucet leak, a broken underground pipe and a new water heater) They’ll be called back to fix the problem permanently…I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else

Came on time and repaired a rusted old leaking faucet switching out a galvanized to copper connection that was leaking in the wall along with a few additional smaller plumbing jobs. Excellent service and explanation of what they were going to do, what they did and then completion. Every plumbing company should operate professionally like this.

I had a slow leak coming from a loose connection where the technician had installed a bidet. Not realizing this, at 1 a.m. I was woken up with a flood that had at least an inch of water in the bathroom but it had slowly spread to the adjoining bedroom and small hallway. After a few hours soaking up the water with towels and a wet/dry vacuum we realized that the water had seeped under my laminate floors. We called Friends Plumbing as soon as they opened. They quickly had a restoration company come within the hour to begin drying the area thoroughly. Unfortunately there was significant water damage

I bought a house on IRB that needed some small general upkeep type repairs. A seized up faucet from lack of use, a leak, a corroded drain. Stuff like that. I am out of town and put a list of items together. Friends went out to the property, worked with the current tenant, fixed all of the items and emailed me pictures with the invoice. I appreciate the attention to detail and the confirmation via photo of the work. It put my mind at ease to know the work was done--done well and I am working with someone I can trust. The photos are the actual photos taken by the plumber of the completed work...

Mario came first thing this morning, on time, professional, extremely helpful and fair. He even helped with a leak I didn't realize I had in my teenagers bathroom because they don't tell me and I won't go in there . He had to snake 3 lines outside and fix a dripping faucet. Price was extremely fair, nothing extra and super nice guy. Would highly recommend them

Wasted two days of waiting and nothing. Spoke to Rebecca on 9/10 and made an appointment for 9/11 from 9am-3pm. If I had not called at 2pm (9/11), no one would have come out because we weren't on their schedule. Finally, someone came (with attitude) and from the beginning was refusing to even look at the issue. 2 other technicians arrived with no resolution. The person who initially arrived, without fixing the issue or anything, tells me "well that will be $191.00" for nothing. I asked, you are charging me for what? Response from the tech as he turns to the other tech "

We try to do our own home improvements whenever we can, but all the guys at Friend’s are so knowledgeable, nice and fast. They always do a great job and their prices are reasonable.
