Our founder Mike started in the plumbing trade in 1989 at the age of 16. At 20 years old he had earned the right to sit for his Journeyman exam and studied and passed it in Broward county Florida in 1993. In 1997 at the age of 24 he sat for and obtained his State Certified Plumbing Contractors license and in 2000 Elite Plumbing Services, Inc. was created.
He had the vision to create a business that was unlike anything else in the industry, one that would put the customers satisfaction and needs above that of the bottom line. He believed that his customers receiving value for the services provided was paramount in achieving his companies goals. He still does to this day, 18 years later!

Mike and his team are the ONLY plumbers I'll ever use! Middle of the night, and they were at my home in under a half hour! Clogged drains and flooding in the entire house. And they stopped it! Mike and his Elite pluming associates did a great job at our Palm Harbor home! Mike recommended and installed a water softener system at our home that we are very pleased with. What an improvement!! They also installed a new toilet and checked on some other misc. plumbing items at our new home. My parents water heater started leaking from underneath so I called 5 different plumbers in our area to get a quote. All 5 were quoted for close to the same amount; however, Elite Plumbing was the only company who would come out and actually replace the water heater on a Saturday. Everyone else I called said they couldn’t replace it until Monday. I was quoted a set amount, not knowing the extent of the damage to the water heater. The worst company We have called. To fix our issues. Made an appointment with them and he Never showed up. We Called to find out where he was. He has forgotten about us. We just moved to Palm Harbor a few days ago. On July 4th our plumbing decided to back up and we were without bathrooms. (Never fails that these kinds of things always happen on a holiday!) Mike and Tom came out and found the issue. They fixed the problem and cleaned up after everything was done. (They had to remove a toilet in the bathroom and after they were done, there was no sign that anything was touched!) Great guys and hope they made it home in time to catch the fireworks! Highly recommend!

Very honest company. I called about a water backing up in my condo. They could have easily come out and charged me for their services and i would not have been the wiser ; they told me from what I was telling them they my association would be responsible. I then called my association and they sent a plumber out and I was not charged. Hard to find honest companies like this. I highly recommend. They normally charge $90 for first hour and can resolve most issues in under one hour.

The kind of service that used to be the standard. Seems like that level of service is pretty much gone, except with Mike. It's more than that he fixed it. He made it easy for me. My schedule gets me off at 11PM. Who do you know that would meet you that late? Mike and his team, met with me when I needed him.
