We went to the clinic to get more information and talk about mental health issues but when the lady was told that we didn't have insurance and didn't have a lot of money she responded with dead eyes, no talk of a payment plan or any suggestions it was a sudden rush to get the conversation over.
I actually work in mental health and have had a couple of friends work with this clinic in one way or another and it's not their first choice for care, needless to say they don't work with them unnecessarily. Sometimes you don't have a choice.
After looking at the responses from the clinic on negative

I’ve been a patient at the Wholeness Center for years but their standard of care has decreased to an unacceptable level. I’ve been trying to renew my antidepressant prescription through them for 8 days now but my calls, emails, and faxes from my pharmacy have all gone unanswered, and I have not had access to my medication for almost a week. I’m now seeking treatment elsewhere and I suggest that anyone else in search of attentive, timely, and reasonably priced care do the same.

Doctors Mary Rondeau, Steve Rondeau and Scott Shannon collaborated on my care during a comprehensive psychiatric assessment this May. I gained life changing information! They ran very innovative diagnostic tests which yielded the results to completely change my treatment trajectory. Having dealt with a damning "bipolar" diagnosis for all of my adult life and never gaining any ground with the traditional "polypharmacy" approach, I made my way to the Wholeness Center not a moment too soon. I would have given up the fight if not for these compassionate, curious, and highly gifted team of Doctors.

I had my first Hydrafacial at the Wholeness Center and the entire experience was so lovely! The spa is absolutely beautiful. All of the staff there was attentive and helpful. My esthetician Nerimaan was wonderful, gentle, and had so much useful information and tips for my skin type. Will definitely be back!

I was charged a couple hundred dollars for a missed appointment, despite calling to tell them that I woke up with vertigo and could not get out of bed (due to severe spinning and nausea). So much for caring for your patients. My impression is that they just want to prescribe the kedamine treatments to churn out money. Also, they wanted to test for a depression gene. I could be wrong, but according to recent studies that I came across, there is no such proven catch-all gene.

This is a horrible and fraudulent practice. At best, it's filled with expensive pseudoscience. At worse, they give you dangerous prescriptions that destroy your health. I was prescribed benzodiazepines back in 2015, the most dangerous of the drugs out there. I was given no warnings about them, and it was treated as if it was a long term solution for my insomnia, when it's a drug that should only be used for VERY short term and emergent situations. 4 years later they've destroyed my health, I've had permanent horrific side effects, and I have never been able to get off of them completely. I have been very disappointed with the wholeness center. While their philosophy and approach aligns with my belief system and choices, they are completely unrealistic about the real stressors most individuals face; including financial and work/life balance issues. Their main goals seems to be to push their products and make you dependent on regular visits to continue to pay out as much as possible.
I also feel that they have provided unethical practices in regards to patient billing. I was charged full price for my visits being told my insurance would not cover due to the deductible. When I received

Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with the Wholeness Center. I liked my providers approach to treatment, and I appreciated that she was very creative and intuitive with solutions. However, this situation has left me feeling very disappointed. The provider I was seeing left the practice, and my appointment was cancelled without any explanation. Furthermore, it has left me in a bit of a bind when it comes to refilling my prescriptions. My PCP had to step in and call in my prescriptions when my pharmacy couldn't get ahold of my former provider. When I contacted the Wholeness Center, they

I have received lots of testing to discover my physical issues and then received high quality treatments that have improved my life. The doctors are patient and thorough and all of the staff is friendly and helpful. The Wholeness Center cares and treats the whole person. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I love everything the Wholeness Center is about. They provided me with great care and wonderful natural solutions. However, the provider I was seeing left. No explanation, no letter, nothing in patient portal. Therefor, I have to start all over with someone else. Completely okay with me, the drawback is this is out of pocket for me as they are not approved on my insurance. The Wholeness Center stated I would I have to start all over, including the first time fees. My thought was I am a returning patient, not wanting to leave the clinic! If patient care was truly top priority, returning patients

This practice is a scam. The low cost for a consultation is a bait-and-switch: there is no medical consult without expensive tests and further costly appointments.
After the initial consult, we took a few minutes to discuss our options privately. But then the doctor was no longer available, they would not answer our questions, and we were forced to schedule another appointment to see him again. We understood that he must be very busy -- until we noticed he was taking a coffee break.
We are still receiving bills for who-knows-what service they claim to have provided us. What on earth are we being

Things must've really changed since Chelsea's review. I go to the Wholeness Center all the time. I've met with Dr. Mullin, Anaca, Dr. Mary, Dr. Steven, and have done neurofeedback with Corey and Amy, and I've ALWAYS had a great experience. Even the staff at the front desk are SOO nice which I really like. I've gone to too many doctors offices where the people up in the front are so rude. They even send you reminder e-mails the day before your appointment which is another good thing in my case because I can be so forgetful! I would DEFINITELY recommend the wholeness center

I would recommend you go somewhere else where they actually care about the patients. When I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited until 23 minutes after my appointment time to actually be seen I just thought the Dr was behind in her schedule that day. My hour long appointment turned into about 25 minutes?!? She did not listen to anything I was saying and instead talked the whole time about how to eat better and exercise. Ok, I get that's important but then to prescribe me a prescription drug because "it's what I really like" meaning what she prefers??? I was hesitant
