Valley Memorial Park and Funeral Home opened our doors to the Hillsboro community in 1958. Our beautiful facility was formerly the site of the Crothers family farm and encompasses 40 acres of land, of which 15 acres are developed area, with a spectacular 6-acre horseshoe-shaped lake. We take the needs of our community very seriously and have always been committed to providing eco-friendly options to our families.

At one of the most emotional times of life you would expect caring service. We did a pre-arrangement several weeks prior to my moms passing which went well. Once the actual time came I can honestly not say one positive thing, Even now, 6 weeks later we are still dealing with terrible customer service. They are not open for business on weekends and unfortunately people pass on those days as well. Extremely disappointed and will not do business with them in the future.

My father, paternal grandparents, paternal uncle, maternal great uncle and aunt, a nephew, and special friends who were neighbors for years all buried here. The longest one has been there since 1964. All of these years the place has been kept immaculately landscaped and the staff are always professional.
When I had a hard time finding one grave site the landscaper gladly helped since he's so familiar with the family names from working there for over a decade. Very nice fellow.
