Aside from watching my Mother pass dealing with this business has been the worst experience of my life, the whole process has been excruciating from the way they handled my first meeting with a call telling me to bring her an outfit for cremation even though we decided on direct cremation and then they told me if I wanted her to wear that outfit it… was and extra $150 bucks 🤦🏽♀️ which that fee was waived due to their error, the plan was to have her remains in with my grandma which was her only wishes but that process is just as complicated because the grave

This place takes terrible care of its grounds, especially in some of the older areas where my family is buried. & they couldn’t care less. it’s disrespectful & disgraceful. for over ten years we have complained! again, no one cares. they don’t care about who lays in their grounds. they use new money to make new pretty areas tho & leave the older plots forgotten. very sad. horrible place.
