I was amazed at the quality of food I recieved today. I usually eat Charashi when I go out to Japanese restaurants so trust me when I say that this dish was just as fresh and phenomenal as it looks. And at only $20...just great. Pefect flavor composition and presentation as well, who doesn't love orchids? Look forward to coming back here with friends next time I'm in town!

I love this place, and honestly I've noticed that a lot of people do as well because there's usually a 15 minute wait for the hibachi grill but it is DEFINITELY worth the wait. They also have booth sitting as well as a sushi bar. My favorite sushi roll is the crazy stone roll. I also recommend the bento box if you're not having the hibachi. They always serve me enough food that i need a take home, meaning two meals for one price essentially.

Staff was rude upon entry, we asked for different options and every answer was no! Finally got a seat for hibachi food was ok nothing to write home about. My sashimi wasn't served with soy or Wasabi, and neither was the other 2 sushi items we ordered. I definitely wouldn't want to be treated like this every time. I do understand the issues bit this was over the top.

Upon arrival they had us wait out in the patio for 20 minutes wrote my number down wrong so we ended sitting out there longer than we needed to by the time the waiter found us our grill was completely full with two little seats in the middle with children on both sides of us and one family not wanting to scooch down with plenty of room to their right. The elderly real man wasn't very fun I didn't even get a sake shot. Or a volcano. Food was good though and the yum yum sauce is very runny. Also if you want to eat with chopsticks make sure you ask them before they leave cuz they don't come back very

My family really enjoys coming to Fuji Sushi and Hibachi. The staff is always very kind and attentive, they often do little things like make easy to use chopsticks for our young daughter. Tonight, as we sat at the sushi bar, the chef gave us a courtesy appetizer. The food is delicious and there's something for everyone. There's a childrens menu with more familiar items that the pickiest of little kids will happily eat. The hibachi tables are lively and the chefs make it a very entertaining experience, great for larger dining parties. The booths make for a quieter meal but I personally find the

I chose to come here for Father's Day lunch. It's been over 2 years since we were here last, and we were seated at the hibachi grill with other families as is customary. However, we didn't do a lot of talking with the rest (which I would have liked). I think the pandemic is still keeping people at a distance and that is ok.
Our orders were taken. Soon enough our chef arrived with all the supplies for our table and then the show began: Spinning and throwing his fork and spatula, big flames from grill to vent hood, little flaming onion rings, and other tricks which are pretty standard fare for hibachi
