Professionally cleaned, deodorize carpets. Their responses and service turnaround was quick. I live in the Rythym community and I know they have serviced others in my area.
Price point was better for equal services when I compared them to national companies...I like that they are locally owned and operated.

Scheduled for 830am, showed up an hour late when I called to see what the status was. Owner was confused why no one was there. He showed up and was complaining that there were cleaners there (they weren’t even in the rooms that needed to be cleaned). He showed up. Cleaned 3 out of 4 rooms. I contacted him about the 4th room 4 times and never heard back. Don’t bother going here. Very unprofessional. I’m honestly mind blown.

We used Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning before we moved into our new house. They provided us with a great package deal to stretch and clean the carpets and steam all the tile flooring. Mike, the owner, and his team did a fantastic job, were a pleasure to work with, and accommodated our schedule to get the job done. Family Owned Company - Family Values. I called Magic Touch and spoke to a gentleman who I believe is the owner. I had quite a few questions due to a bad experience with the last carpet cleaner I used. He patiently answered each and every one of them to my satisfaction. Once I felt a level of comfort, I scheduled my appointment for the following Thursday.
