Creekside Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation
Bike Fit Evaluation Like to bike? A proper bike fit minimizes discomfort, increases efficiency, and helps prevent pain or injury. Physical therapy can help you heal properly to minimize the possibility of additional problems and recover quickly to reduce the disruption surgery can have on your daily life.

Running/Gait Analysis Don't let pain keep you from the activities you enjoy such as running, walking, hiking and more. A thorough gait analysis can identify the problem and get you back on your feet! Here at Creekside Physical Therapy, we believe that every person is unique and as such, every treatment is catered to the individual.
Services
We at Creekside Physical Therapy want to give you the best care possible. Each therapist is highly qualified with a range of specialties to cover whatever ails you. Our appointments are an hour long to ensure that you get the time and attention you deserve and the treatment that is specifically tailored to your needs.
The therapists at Creekside specialize in musculoskeletal disorders, exercise, and sports related injuries. Conditions include but are not limited to: post surgical rehabilitations, back pain, headaches, scar tissue pain, tendonitis, osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, Epicondylitis, rotator cuff injury, gait dysfunction, sciatica/nerve problems, hand/wrist pain, arthritis, balance disorders, sacro-iliac joint pain.
Anterior (front) Knee Pain- Possible causes include having the saddle set too low, pedaling at a low cadence (speed), using your quadriceps muscles too much in pedaling, misaligned bicycle cleat for those who use clipless pedals, and other lower extremity muscle imbalances. Neck Pain- Possible causes include incorrect handlebar or saddle position, poor frame match, and inadequate muscular support.
Gait analysis is a method used to assess the way you walk or run to highlight biomechanical abnormalities. The appointment lasts about an hour and will include a complete lower body screen assessing foot, ankle, knee and hip biomechanics as well as a videotaped running or walking gait analysis. Following the analysis, your therapist will create an exercise program specific to your needs.
Our promise to you is that we will begin all clinical treatment sessions on time, and we will meet your personal time constraints for each individual session. Because we schedule our sessions with flexibility, we may extend treatment sessions, as necessary, in order to address those critical issues that require additional clinical intervention and additional time.

Last winter a neurosurgeon removed a cyst from my leg, which had been putting pressure on a nerve important to leg strength, stability and walking. After physical therapy sessions with Julie, my condition has significantly improved. I am so grateful to her. She is a kind and knowledgeable professional who tailored the rehab program to my special condition. I have the highest praise for her work and would not hesitate in recommending her.

Brian Horak and his staff are very good at what they do! I have seen Brian for sports injuries, non-sport injuries and post surgery for several years. He's extremely knowledgeable and gets to the root of the issue quickly and provides excellent care. I would highly recommend Brian and his staff.

(This review is for the Cornell Road location, with Dr. John Zdor.)

Every time I come home from my appointments with Dr. Zdor, I tell my husband "My physical therapist is *so good!*"

I was referred to Dr. Zdor by my phenomenal podiatrist, Dr. Denny Le, to treat the foot and ankle pain that I'd had for three years after a sprain. I could go on for paragraphs (well, I guess I will...) about how thrilled I am with the treatment I've received. John isn't just technically excellent, he's a wonderful teacher; he explains anatomy, physiology, and neurological retraining

Brian and Julie at Creekside are giving fantastic care to my son who is dealing with chronic headaches and upper spine issues. Their whole body, hands on approach is making a big difference. I am so thankful to finally be on a solid path to getting him healthy.

After having surgery on my foot in November of 2018, I was worried that I was going to spend the following 12 months in PT, trying to walk and run pain free. After 5 months with Scott, Morgan and Beau, not only am I walking and running pain free, but I raced at the McDonald Forest 50k Ultra (with 6k of vertical climbing), coming in just over 8 hours.
I'm back to doing what I love, trail running and Ultra's. I couldn't have done it without you guys - thank you!

Excellent, expert, professional but friendly diagnosis and treatment. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with Dr Scott especially. Easy to schedule, friendly staff, convenient location. In Just one visit, Dr Scott figured out exactly what was wrong with separate issues my wife and I were having and sent us away with simple physical therapy exercises we could do on our own which addressed our problems, precisely, quickly, and accurately.
We know we can always count on Creekside physical therapy.

By far the best PT I've done! Staff is very professional and make PT enjoyable! I was originally only using Creekside for my feet/ankles however I stopped going to a different PT for my elbow because Scott, Brian, Morgan and Beau all proved to be much better than my other PT and they definitely helped improve ALL my issues! I would recommend Creekside to anyone and everyone!
