At Four Seasons Realty we truly are a family business. In 1994 Gordon Brown founded Four Seasons Realty and in 2002 Julia and Gary Williamson joined the team as sales agents. Since 2005, Four Seasons Realty has been owned and operated by Gary and Julia Williamson (Gordon's Grand-Daughter and her husband).

I rented a ski house in Sunday River from these guys a month ago. I had the "pleasure" of interacting with Julia Williamson and Louise Rice, who were very quick to charge me but did not refund me for all the trouble we had with their terrible property (I am still waiting for their response LOL)..
When we arrived in the afternoon, we realized the refrigerator in the unit was burned (bad smell in the entire apartment, noise, and a heat coming from it). We called the office immediately - Julia promised she would send someone over ASAP, but that person never came, even when we called again

Louise from Four Seasons was quick to respond and easy to work with. Rediker Lodge was the perfect size for our very large and expanding annual friends weekend crew. The hot tub was amazing and loved the sauna! We had a great time celebrating a birthday and throwing a baby shower while we were there. We can't wait for 2016!
