We just purchased a unit in the Fall Line that was listed by Cheri Thurston. She was also our buying agent which I normally would not do for conflict of interest. I can say That Cheri was fantastic. Her knowledge of the area and properties coupled with her patience made her a great buying agent. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time had lots of great advice which we should have taken all of and went above and beyond. We don’t plan on selling anytime soon but if she is still around she will get the listing. Thanks Cheri from the Kuntz Clan!
