They did the install on our house that we bought brand new. A can of food was left in the HVAC unit outside. When we ran the heat it smelled like dead animal in our house. We paid $600 to have the ducts cleaned out. Luckily our builder reimbursed us for that money.

I had a bad experience dealing with this company for almost a year
1-First, they failed to run a gas line to my brand new GE Cafe gas range in the right spot from the first time and it was a big gap between the range and the wall, so to fix this issue they had to drill another hole in the kitchen hardwood floor, finally got fixed after almost 5 visits from unprofessional technicians
2- Second, they failed to fix the upstairs A/C unit for four time with same issue , every time they come they add some Freon and leave, and no

Our overall experience with Dawson and Dawson Heating & Air was a very pleasant one. They were honest which I greatly admired and respected. I have worked with some other companies in the past that I've had come out and tell me things needed to be fixed that actually didn't. I didn't have to worry about that with these guys.
