After working several years for other HVAC companies, Cliff and Jeff decided to open their own business to serve Nashville and the surrounding communities. Heat stopped working, I informed them of the job before coming out. They sent someone out who told me what I told them was wrong then said he didn't have time to fix it. But did say that I could pay even more for them to come out days from now to fix it. He left the power off and the outside box open with the plug laying on the ground then made sure to charge for a service call when it was exactly what I had already told them and nothing got fixed or worked on.

Highly recommend!!! Got a text with the technician's picture and the time he would be there. Rod showed up exactly on-time. Rod was professional and courteous. I was so impressed by the level of care and detail. While he was there, I asked if he could look at another issue with something complete different than what I had requested service on. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it to.
I can't say enough about the wonderful service we received. I recommend Haskins Heating & Cooling to everyone.

They had a very good price and I got quotes from multiple businesses. They were by far the lowest and seemed the most professional and knowledgeable out of the technicians I talked to as well. They had given me a quote the same day I called and once I agreed they had it scheduled for installation within the same week over Thanksgiving week as well. The 2 technicians were professional and courteous and did an excellent job with the installation and answering my questions. Cannot recommend highly enough. Everything was excellent.

I highly recommend Haskins. We have used Haskins for years. They are always incredibly responsive, accommodating, professional and candid. When our heat went out in the middle of the winter, they had a tech at our house, same day, within an hour. They helped us work with (read: battle) our home warranty company. They have maintained our units and are always quick to respond to any issues. We’ve never had any problems with the work they have performed.
