Services
If your doctor gave you a referral please bring that in with you to your initial evaluation. We will also need to make a copy of a picture ID and insurance card. If you are a worker's compensation patient, please bring with you any claim information. It is preferred that you arrive 15 minutes before you appointment time.

I was recently hit by a car directing traffic for my job. I was in tremendous pain with a broken neck, broken leg, fractured pelvis, an a serious Head injury.
I was referred to MML PT to start my recovery process. I was told to see Karen an Grace and I am so Happy I did. Karen an Grace took my injury very seriously an was very patient with me.

MML physical Therapy is, hands down, the best physical therapy center ever.
Come here if you want results.
Dont waste your time going somewhere else first.
The therapist and the staff are very knowledgeable and design exercises that change up progressively.
They also offer cupping, which is awesome.

Was referred to this location and looked up reviews prior to coming in. I was impressed at first based on the reviews and the environment.
Front staff was very unfriendly over the phone when I called in. They appeared to not want to help nor want my business. Turns out they also feel it's appropriate to hang up on customers as well. Even though I had bad service over the phone, I still gave these guys a chance.
When I arrived everybody appeared to be friendly and courteous. To be honest I thought we all got along well. Only after the fact I found out they manipulated reports and notes on

The team at the lake Mead MML physical therapy both past and present have been an exceptionally good group of people to partner with as I repaired my shoulder. Their dedication and understanding was top-notch and eventually through hard work from all involved I'm better and I am sad that I will not see them for my weekly visit. Look no further, because Karen Crawford is the ONLY physical therapist you will ever need or want to see. The minute you walk into this clinic, you are treated like family and immediately made to feel so welcome and cared for. Just exceptional. So far this year, I have hurt both my shoulder and suffered a stage 1 MCL tear. I was referred to MML from a friend and I am COMPLETELY happy I chose to seek help here.
EVERY single staff member is caring, professional and friendly. You, very much, get a sense that the staff enjoys their work and they care about their patients.

I was assigned here to do a FCE. I guess whoever pays for the report gets to hear whatever they want. Karen has the audacity to put down on my report that I am scared to go back to work or dont want to. First of all, I AM NOT 1 LAZY MF. i have never been in my whole life, im not a freeloader. Due to circumstances beyond my control, it is very difficult to do any kind of work. Karen, how can i fake a knee replacement? How can i fake a bad back, especially when i have a MRI and x-rays, etc. You hurt my back worse before i left by pushing my leg all the way back. How do you have the adacity to judge

I fell in love with this place the moment I walked in making it warming and comfortable for the patient Felt like home got to meet the owner all the technicians were very nice from the time I walked in. Definitely would advise anyone In the need of physical therapy to come to this place if you want to feel like a person these other places out there make you feel like you're just meat. Well done....

Professional and caring staff, very attentive, and more techs and assistants than patients. The whole place looks more like a carefully curated art exhibit than a sterile physical therapy torture chamber. It feels a little strange at first, but it genuinely helps when dealing with the physical pain of therapy and the emotional baggage that goes along with it. The only problem was that the TV in the lobby was stuck on one channel.

I have suffered from 2 car accidents and a stroke and along with that came lots of health issues and my body not wanting to recover, a friend told me about this place. Here at MML physical Therapy the staff made me feel confident in my recovery process and even go as far to say “we” will get through this, it’s hard to find someone that makes other feel like we’re not alone, I look forward to a road where pain and movement doesn’t handicap me and in the short time I have been here I have seen improvements as little as they maybe now I can tell the finish line will be even better. I've been to MML physical therapy many times. I have had therapy for a knee surgery and arthritic pain in both knees. I have found the staff and the physical therapist nothing but professional and extremely helpful. I won't go to any other physical therapy office as I have been completely satisfied with the results of their professional care. I love the new office as it is clean and lots of room to do whatever therapy I need to do without feeling crowded. I would 100% refer anyone I know to this office for their physical therapy needs.

Came in today just to check out different options for where to get my medical care. The front desk girl (I think her names Alyssa) was very helpful. She gave me all the information that I needed. Hours work well with my schedule. Another woman came out, Rebecca, I believe she's a tech, gave me more information on what actually happens when I'm back there with the PT/PTA. Definitely recommend coming here for your medical care or even just to check it out and see what options they can provide for you.

WOW and this is why...Before I even got there, I was already impressed by how polite and cheerful the front desk handled my calls.
When I walked in the office today for my first visit, my jaw dropped open at the FABULOUS, fun and playful decor!!! Then, there's this amazing staff (ALL of them, it seems!) are joyful and their camaraderie is plain to see/hear, as well as their interactions with patients. I LUV THAT!
Karen (Owner) really listened to what I needed to express about my pain. Austin has excellent bedside manner and gives a very therapeutic massage (thanks Austin).

Karen Crawford and the rest of her staff is amazing. I wish I had most of my physical therapy done here because the staff was patient with me and everything about the place seems fun - from the tasks to the overall interior design. Also, everyone I encountered here was pleasant and humorous and that's a plus for me. The emotionless face and pre-set greetings of MAs at the doctor's office have become all too familiar. Yawn.

I never made it into therapy. For 2 weeks they had all my information. I took the bus, four buses, walked a total of 2 mi. to the Tonopah location. Didn't take my pain medications because I was going to be evaluated, I thought. got lost, but finally found the office using my cane. I filled out 7 pages of questionnaire. At that time I was informed that I couldn't be seen there be because I have been seen at another therapist office. That was hard to take. It didn't really sink in until I was riding the bus home

Rebecca gives a great massage and she is extremely friendly. The front desk staff is also very friendly and competent. The physical therapist however acted like she was doing a favor to see me.
They put you on one of those electric devices for pain that should be for 20 minutes (out of 45) but it would almost always take 30 minutes because they were too busy and many times would forget you there. Then Rebecca would massage for 5 to 10 minutes and ask:
"Would you like to see Kim (the physical therapist) today?"
Well, since I'm paying for physical therapy, I thought it was obvious

I can only think of Kind words to say about every Human in this building they care so much for others. They all Truly have Hearts of Gold and Karen is Absolutely Amazing she not only cares for just her Patients but the Community as well. My son was Dx with Brain Cancer of 2014 and no questions asked her entire office made a Special Day to Honor Benji "Warrior Wednesdays" they all wore his T-Shirts during his Treatment and we are Forever Grateful. Even before Treatment she Sponsored our Local Cheer Squad, and she always caters to her Patients almost like a Mama Kind of Love we will
