Services
In addition to medical and surgical services offered by Lee Highway Animal Hospital, boarding facilities are also available for dogs and cats. To ensure your cat's comfort, the Cat's Annex is located in a separate facility from the Hound Hilton Hotel. Kitty kondos have a "perch" which allows your cat to feel safe and secluded.
We work to provide excellent veterinary care in a clean, hospitable environment. Our staff strives to maintain your pet in top condition. Please make known to us any shortcomings or faults and always notify us if your pet does not respond favorably to prescribed treatment. Wishing you and your pet the very best life has to offer.
If you have more than one boarding reservation, please submit a NEW boarding reservation form after completing this one. Please fax records in advance (276.628.2193) or bring a paper copy of vaccination records with you. If your animals are not up-to-date with these vaccines, we can provide them when your pet arrives at an additional cost.

Dr. Fred has always been there for me and my family of dogs. From his telephone call on a Christmas Day morning inquiring about my French Bulldog to today’s Sunday morning visit with him and my Boston Terrier. Illnesses knows no calendar and Fred has always and accurately doctor’d my fur babies. I owe him and his staff my biggest thank you for taking care of us!!!

I can't really comment on this facility. What I can comment on is that our dog passed away recently. He had Addison's Desease and I had 3 months of medication. I called wanting to donate it for someone who needed it and maybe struggling financially. I was told that he wouldn't do that and he would just sell it!!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE TO BE BOARDED. A healthy chubby Beautiful 6m old dog stayed here and came out in horrible condition and can feel and see every bone in his body and he is scared and afraid. They washed and fluffed his hair over all his Mats to hide the fact he is dangerously skinny now. Awful place

I recently moved to the area and opted to bring my new puppy here. The vet barely checked my pup, he was to busy directing his staff on a different animal there...
Also and even worse was the night my other senior dog bloated at 10:30pm on a Thursday night. I called and his answering service told me to cone right in... I arrived with dog and unloaded her from car, she was in severe pain.. no one was there... I called answering service again and was told he would be right there... 5 minutes later his answering service called me back and told me that the vet said it was too late at night and he

Similarly to a review I just read, we are military anticipating a move to the area and I had my parents stop in for some information regarding getting dog set up there. Staff ignored them and assisted other customers first and then just handed them brochures and turned and left. I guess it’s best to know up front before considering this as an option.

I drive the extra miles because of the care and professionalism of the entire staff. My pets are my family, and Dr. Jent and the others treat them as such. I have depended on them for several years to provide top notch care for my dog and cat, and they consistently provide excellent diagnosis and cure. Their boarding facilities are clean, roomy, and provide an easy, comfortable boarding location for dogs or cats. I will continue to use them as my primary pet care provider for the future.
