I would never recommend using this company for home healthcare. I broke my ankle on 11/30/2020. I then spent 3 days in the hospital for medical reasons. I was told by the Case Manager that I needed physical therapy at home. Well that was a week ago and I have not seen a therapist yet. I have spoken to an intake person over the phone. I was told that the physical therapist had been trying to call me over the weekend. That was a huge lie. I confirmed my phone number with the intake person. I have waited until today and I finally called the company and LVM that I do not want any physical therapy.
