Truly feel bad for anyone who has given this group a home to sell for them. We've had our eyes on a listing they had. After several failed attempts Of leaving messages, Zillow message, calling etc. i got a hold of jason Oppenheim and sent him a text. He replied that he is very busy and I can only email them. I mentioned I have tried that several times and didn't get a reply. HE THEN SENT ME A TEXT SAYING HE BLOCKED ME!!!!
What a stupid idiot... Your selling a 7,000,000 home... you have a duty to the homeowner!! Shame on you

If I could give negative stars to leave a review I would...I wish someone would have warned me BUYER/SELLER beware --- Jason was very unprofessional and unethical, threatening lawsuits if you didn't do what he wanted. I feel he is a bully and I would never recommend him to anyone. I was told that this behavior is par for the course and I was not his first victim. I hope I am his last

A glossy, high end book was placed at the entrance of most every house in the Bird Streets, where I live. It intrigued me enough to go to their office and check them out, since I'm looking for a bigger house up here. I got to their office on Sunset Plaza at around 2 PM on a Friday. It was locked with no one in sight, except for 2 small dogs inside at the door - alone... I called their office number which went straight to a voicemail to Jason Oppenheimer saying to email him, that he rarely listens to messages. This feels really creepy to me, especially with 2 dogs alone in a dark, locked office

When I considered selling my 20 million dollar, 1 1/2 acre gated estate, I contacted this real estate company. The owner came to my home and power walked through it at the pace of an Olympic sprinter. He never stopped to look at the view from downtown to the beach or my 2,000 square foot living room . He spent a total of two minutes at my home and never stopped once to talk to me. He got in his car and left as fast as he could. He was only looking for properties that were under valued by the home owner that he could flip quickly. This is the last real estate agent that you want to call.
