In an area where realtors are aplenty, it can be inundating and tricky to choose the right one! We toured one of their listings last year and dealt almost entirely with an inexperienced "executive assistant"-- from setting up the appointments to representing the sellers in each of the showings to even getting information about the neighborhood.
We did end up having a couple phone conversations with Sheri Bienstock regarding a potential offer. She was brusque and unpleasant. If you are a seller, perhaps you like having an aggressive personality representing you, but we were put off. And based on what we experienced, we would not call on a house represented by the Bienstock Group

If you want the best look into working with Sheri and her crack staff to sell your home. Sheri is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and provides excellent service throughout the sales process. She also has a list of vendors that she uses in case you need to spruce-up / prep your home for sale. In our case we sold a duplex in Wilshire Vista, which is adjacent to Fairfax and San Vicente. Once we listed we had offers on our property within day and soon prices were coming in above asking price once the bidding was complete.

Sheri and her team are in a class all by themselves, as far as our experience with realtors goes. She is never high pressuring nor pushy, and always had our wishes first and foremost in mind when looking for a home for us. Her work ethic and honesty are to be admired. I was totally impressed with Sheri Bienstock/The Bienstock Group. Sheri handled a very difficult transaction for me. The amount of paperwork in a Los Angeles real estate transaction is mind blowing.
