The Michael Collard Properties (MCP) team is a collective of highly talented individuals working closely together to achieve the highest standards in commercial real estate development. Michael Collard is the leader and founder of MCP. Michael started his career in commercial real estate development upon his arrival in 1981 to the U.S. from England, and has been actively involved in real estate development since then.
Mixed-use development is a specialty of Michael Collard Properties (MCP). We are experts in making communities better by purposefully developing properties for each particular community. Our goal for a successful development project is that it becomes a destination for experiences including townhome development, dining, services, fitness, and entertainment along with cultural and institutional uses.
MCP is now ground-up building and developing it to be an experience-centered property with shopping, lifestyle, entertainment, dining, office, wellness and health components that the City has envisioned, which will serve the residents of Oviedo in the Park and all of Oviedo. The Factory Bar, a craft cocktail bar that will be the jewel centerpiece of The Food Factory coming 2022.
