Time is money. This is never more true than when you or your company need an appraisal of your "old" home when you're relocating to a new area for work. When you put your "old" home on the market and take advantage of your employer's relocation assistance, you're interested not in the "fair market value" of the home, but its anticipated sales price, typically as soon as possible -- usually not to exceed 120-180 days.
Our company is on the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Roster of approved residential appraisers. As such, we are trained, qualified and approved to do appraisals for FHA insured loans. This is Suzzanne Watson and I'd like to give a shout out to Kelly and staff once again. On my past three investments, Kelly's expert calculations have brought an additional 70K. So when I sold my personal home this last month and the buyer's appraisal came in low, I called Kelly. Brandi answered and called Kelly immediately and within a few days she found 4 issues with their appraisal and long story short we won the appeal netting us another 40K.
